Adult accommodation and outreach enquiries are considered separately from our Newcastle supported accommodation for young people.
Adults aged 18 and over
Placing teams and professionals can contact us about managed temporary accommodation and move-on enquiries for adults. Discuss the current offer, availability, property suitability and staffing arrangements directly with the team.
This is a separate enquiry from a 16–17 supported accommodation referral. Any placement depends on assessment and agreement.

Contact us to discuss support outside the accommodation. The team will explain the current service scope, age eligibility, referral arrangements and whether an appropriate offer is available.
Clinical treatment, personal care and medication administration should not be assumed to be included in an outreach enquiry.
